Off to the West Coast of Ireland ♡

There was a good stretch of seriously great weather.

We’re lucky when we have non-stop sun and temperatures above 20C/68F  in Ireland.

So when it happens, you really gotta take advantage of it!

I took this chance to visit the West Coast of Ireland.

My first stop was the Cliffs of Moher!

They are one of Ireland’s untouched gems. It’s a sight to die for!
DSC_0664The cliffs go up very high – 214 meters / 702 ft.

DSC_0660This is facing the other side. The tower there is called O’Brien’s Tower built to impress female visitors. Well, I’m impressed, haha.

DSC_0666Someone brought their dog to enjoy the view too!

DSC_0652DSC_0671There’s also cows nearby the cliff. This one was posing for a picture!

DSC_0693We also passed by a castle. Yes, it is strawberry’s castle! I’m the princess! :raburabu:

DSC_0595And now for a stroll.. All the stones there are limestone. This land once was under the sea which is how that limestone accumulated. Although there is not much acid in the rain, eventually over time it will wear down all the limestone.

DSC_0603This is the Poulnabrone dolmen. It’s a burial site that dates back to 4000 to 3000 BC.

And a pretty picture of me. There weren’t many having woken up at 5am, haha.

So that’s a glimpse of Ireland. I suppose it is green like the pictures?

The countryside of Ireland is beautiful. I only wish the weather was always this great! It”s otherwise always overcast and rainy.

I’ve always wanted to visit Ireland!! Your photos look amazing. And the scenery looks amazing. Everything is amazing.
This makes me want to visit the country even more.
By the way, where did you get your denim top from?
I’ve been on the lookout for one, but I haven’t actually found one that fits properly.

Aw, I hope you can visit Ireland some time soon! Maybe during your vacation from your job. ^o^

My denim jacket is from the most cheap store in Ireland, haha. It’s called Penneys (Primark in the UK). I probably paid 10 euros for it or something super cheap like that. The good thing about stores here is they often come in dress sizes as opposed to S, M, L, XL so it’s much easier to find a good fit. Good luck finding a denim jacket!

I’ m glad you liked the pictures! I’ll do my best to post more Europe pictures ^o^ I will be visiting Rome in September so I’m super excited!

I didn’t get to touch the cows. They are behind a fence and it’s dangerous – they could maul me, haha. But they don’t smell. The ones in California smell so bad I guess because they often keep them to make fertilizer. But they don’t do that here for whatever reason so they never smell!
