Japan 2015 Haul ♡

Of course when you go to Japan, you gotta buy a lot of stuff!

For my lolita/otome cravings, I hit up all the Closet Child stores.
I also went to Usagiyouhinten in Harajuku and Grand Bazaar Lolita in Shimokitazawa.

Of course I also did general fashion shopping in Harajuku! I also went to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku.

Without further ado, please see my haul below!

I really like this dress.. It’s definitely not a popular Emily Temple Cute dress. But I think I like simple dresses a lot.
You can wear it for casual wear! I also wore it to work. But of course, you dress it up cute~

Of course, I also have an unhealthy obsession with strawberries.. well cherries too, actually!

DSC_9776-4I also got an old school Angelic Pretty dress!!! Ahhhh!!!

DSC_9771-1Dress: Metamorphose Temps de Fille’s Cameo Doll
I obtained another velveteen dress!! And a wine color at that. I don’t know what’s with my obsession with velveteen. I really just love how much depth it adds to a dress.

OK – on to casual clothes!

DSC_9774-3Skirt, jeans: Wonderrocket
I really like Wonderrocket. I really, really do. They’re quite inexpensive and a lot of their pieces are mori inspired, I feel.
And, I also never wear pants. I.just.don’t. I love being girly 24/7.
When a. saw me get them, he was in shock – “OMG PANTSSSSS?!!”
Anyways, they will be serve me instances such as when I go hiking or other similar physical activities, haha.

DSC_9772-2Bustier Top: Wonderrocket, Turtleneck: Emily Temple Cute, T-shirt: Uniqlo

It seems those bustier tops are trending now so I thought I’d give it a try! I’d love it to wear the denim skirt!
Also the t-shirt isn’t just any normal t-shirt. It’s a little Mai t-shirt from Moomins, yaaaaay. Cute.

So what did you think of my haul???

Whenever I look back … I always think it was hardly anything!!!
But I guess that’s how it is. Browsing all those second hand shops, I didn’t find a lot that I liked during that time. I guess it all depends on luck! And I try to be careful to not make impulse purchases.

But of course as I mentioned before, I obtained my dream shoes!
What more could I ask for?

It seems like the majority of the items I purchased were from Emily Temple Cute!
They are an otome brand.
I recently put up a lot of my lolita items for sale. There’s a lot of things I don’t wear so no use in it sitting around.
I’m starting to think I’m graduating to a more mature look with otome! I am getting older after all.
I still love lolita, but I’m starting to not enjoy the loud prints as much and am more interested in the small details.

Anyways..

The last couple of times I visited Japan in the spring/early summer.
I think I’d like to visit in the fall/winter next time.
What will those second hand stores stock next time?!

Yeah ETC makes such cute dresses, don’t they? Looking back at my wardrobe, I think ETC is the brand I have most items of!
