Tutorial: How to Order CLICK clothing without using Yesstyle

CLICK is a brand on the Asian fashion store YESSTYLE. It’s probably one of their most popular brands considering it’s always on the front page of their website.

If you guys aren’t familiar with this brand, it’s from South Korea. It’s feminine, but also a bit mature. It works perfect for me to wear in the office. It’s subdued, but not in a boring way. Take this outfit for example. It’s super stylish and still suited for the office.

I was always purchasing my CLICK clothes from YESSTYLE, but they are actually a thinly veiled purchasing agent. They are buying their items at retail price from Chinese/Taiwanese/Korean/Japanese websites which is why the prices are so high and shipping can take ages because they are just placing their order when you place your’s! :aseru: This is the same case for CLICK. The name of the brand is actually called Clicknfunny. I wouldn’t be surprised if YESSTYLE renamed the brand on their website to make it difficult to google their website..

Look at  how much YESSTYLE marks up the price for their items –

YESSTYLE’s price is $35. Because it’s an item that ships within 7-14 days, the shipping will additionally cost $10 to the States and $16 to Europe! The list price from on the original retailer’s site is a mere $21! Sure, it doesn’t include shipping, but I don’t imagine it will cost more than $35 after shipping.

I was getting super frustrated by the high prices when I decided to research where they were buying Clicknfunny’s clothes from. I found their website and discover they do ship overseas which makes it a lot more inexpensive! :raburabu: :raburabu: :raburabu:

They even created their own guide on how to order from them with English translations! You should have enough directions on how to order from their site based on that, but I have some tips.

Tip #1 :bear: Join as a Member
The only thing I would advise against but is in their guide is to actually join their website as a member. You get a coupon upon signing up and they frequently also email me with coupons.

Tip #2 :bear: Pay with Paypal for your shipping refund
As the guide says, you pay for the estimated shipping cost. However, out of all the times I have ordered, my estimated shipping cost was a lot more than I paid for. And yes, they gave me a refund. No, not store credit. Which is great!

After you check out, you do get the normal emails (in Korean) about the confirmation of your order. But a day or two after that, you will also get a non-automated email in English from one of their staff. In this email, this is where I got the information about my refund for the shipping. If you paid by credit card, the way they do it is that you pay for a new order with the correct shipping and they cancel the first invoice to you. I would recommend Paypal instead because the refund is instant.

Tip #3 :bear: Use Airmail Instead for cheaper shipping
They advertise EMS shipping all over their website, but I would suggest using Airmail instead. When you get your confirmation email in English, ask for Airmail shipping then. Shipping 2kg to Ireland using Airmail is $26. Using EMS would be $41.50. So it’s really a huge difference! Airmail will take 15-25 days to arrive, while EMS is a mere week. It’s a lot cheaper than EMS, but it will take longer and the tracking won’t be as good.

Tip#4 :bear: Use Internet Explorer when purchasing your items
This seems to be a given. I’ve often had trouble going through my orders on any Korean site when I wasn’t using Internet Explorer. There’d be errors, order failure, etc. Be sure to allow cookies for Clicknfunny.com and also allow pop-ups.

So will you be ordering from Clicknfunny soon? It’s really the store I order most frequently from and keep an eye on all the time. :raburabu: If anyone is interested, I can also review some of the Clicknfunny clothes I have! :kira:

Please stay tuned. I’ll be posting about more Korean brands you can order from directly! :bear:

Warning: 2015/05/09 User Joelle in the comments section noted she purchased from Clicknfunny directly and her clothes never arrived. Please proceed with caution. I just want to note that I would never have created this tutorial if I didn’t personally have a good experience with them myself. I made a couple orders (albeit a few years ago) and they were prompt and had very good customer service.

Thanks for this; it’s really useful. I’ve only ordered from YesStyle once during a large sale, and everything was indeed expensive, even with the sale. >< Somehow it never occurred to me that they were a purchasing agent, even though I knew they had to order from different places. ^^; In their defense, I suppose it's convenient to do all your shopping in one place, but buying directly from the brand website like this definitely is much cheaper!

I definitely am looking forward to more posts like this, as well as the product reviews. <3

I agree! Haha, I shouldn’t have trashed YesStyle so much. There are also definitely sites that you can’t order from directly so YesStyle is definitely an option. :bear:

Thanks for sharing this information :D although I’m a bit confused on the shipping part, it seems expensive D:

Thanks for your comment, Deanna. What are you confused about exactly?

It does seems expensive, but it’s still less expensive than buying it from YesStyle because you’d have to pay for the shipping to YesStyle’s warehouse and to your own house too! With this, it’s direct.

I think it’s a bit confusing in that you don’t know how much your order weighs until they calculate the shipping. Just be careful to order more light stuff. You can also use a site like this to guess the weight of your order – http://www.bhiner.com/weight_est

Good luck and feel free to ask more questions if you need help!

I have nothing but negative things to say about YesStyle. They’re huge scam artists. They inflate the prices so high, it’s unbelievable. I payed nearly $400 USD for a jacket that I later found out was only around $97 USD had I had purchased from the brand directly. I discovered this like 30 mins later after placing my order that I had been ripped off. My order hadn’t even been processed in their system, but they still fucking refused to reverse it and issue me a refund. Again my order had not even been processed in their system yet- had not been charged on my card- did not ship out yet- but they still said no. They told me I could only do an exchange/receive store credit points. As aforementioned in this article- if you see something you desire on YesStyle- trace that brand back or do a simple “Search Google for this Image,” and filter through the results. I’m glad I’m not the only one who saw through their bullshit. YesStyle had put up a huge fight against me lasting nearly an entire month just to not give me back my money. The CEO can burn in hell for all I care.

I’m so sorry to hear about that, anna :(
Yeah, it really sucks.. They really inflate the prices TOO much. I can understand paying a bit more because you are paying for convenience. But $97 to $400 is ridiculous!
In the end, I’m glad you got your money at least!!!

Thank you so much for writing it, it’s great to know. I’m glad I didn’t order from yesstyle. I wanted to ask, does the official website ship to Europe? And is there also some other choice of shipping besides EMS and airmail? I can’t find much information on their website. Oh and last thing, since yesstyle loves renaming the brands so you can’t find it, I now have a problem with finding one brand :/ I saw pants I really loved on yesstyle but they call the brand Vanilla Second but just like with Click, I can’t seem to find it anywhere so it’s definitely renamed :( Don’t you happen to know which one could it be ?

Hi Kate! Thanks for the comment!
Clicknfunny definitely ships to Europe. They’ve shipped to me and I live in Ireland! I’m not sure about other mail options besides EMS and airmail. The shipping methods from Asia tend to be quite limited.
For those pants you want, try to do a reverse Google image search.

I agree, yesstyle is expensive. Some items you can find the exact same thing somewhere else for like 1/4 of the price. However, certain item prices from styleberry (and I’m guessing clicknfunny) are pretty legitimate. After ordering shoes from styleberry website which was significantly cheaper than what was posted on yesstyle even plus shipping; upon arrival at your doorstep via courier (i’m assuming that was the EMS only option) you pay like an extra $40-50 CAD – so basically it works out to the same price on yesstyle. Transparent price, no unexpected fees…not sure if it’s the same with clicknfunny though.

That sounds like customs fees. Theoretically, Yesstyle’s packages are also subject to customs fees.
It depends if they mark the package as a gift and the value. It’s illegal for Yesstyle to market it as a gift.
In some countries, it’s very unlikely to get customs fees so it may not matter.

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience buying from http://www.clicknfunny.com/. In fact, after I read your article, I thought the website should be reliable and I made my purchase on 21 April 2015 via http://en.clicknfunny.com/. Till to date, the order status kept stating as sending standby and I have kept trying to write to them via their Korean website and their emails addresses I could obtain. There was no response from them at all regarding the shipment. It was rather frustrating as I spent almost USD 202.oo and my credit card has been billed! I am giving them a more few days before I submit to my bank as a credit card dispute case. FYI, on the same date, I have made other purchases in another Korean website and I have already received the clothes from them and nothing from clicknfunny!

I’m really sorry, Joelle :( I feel partially responsible since I put this tutorial up on how to buy from there D: But I would never recommend buying there if I didn’t personally have good experiences with them.
I’ll be putting a warning in my post. And I really hope your issue gets sorted one way or another.

Hi. I was also interested on purchasing some dresses from clicknfunny but after reading your update about Joelle i am feeling hesitant now. I was actually about to call my korean friend just to ask if the website was legit but i might have to leave it for now. Im hoping Joelle could update us if she was able to get her funds back.

Hey Jan, it’s up to you if you’d like to order or not. Last year when ordering from Taobao I used a shopping service which disappeared off the face of the earth and subsequently a lot of customers were scammed. I purchased using my credit card and was able to call my bank to let them know I never received the goods and they were more than happy to return my money back to me.

I’m just saying it’s a fall back solution if something bad does happen!
