Almost Halloween! ♡

These days!

I have been so busy.
I’m not someone that handles pressure well at all.

Currently, I’ve been interviewing with a company.
There were 2 phone interviews..
And then I had a test they sent me! But you couldn’t find the answers online.
I had to write a convincing report with many graphs (I’m a data analyst after all!)

I passed that round!

Now I have to the chance to meet them in person.

But I’m so nervous.
And I still have my current responsibilities – my current job, class, etc.
I have to study really hard for this next interview!

:aseru:   :aseru:   :aseru:

Looking back at my previous posts, I told myself there was a lot of things I wanted to improve on.
I’m happy to say some progress has been made so I should be very happy looking back!
I’ve forced myself to go out more to be less shy and I’ve heard people say I’ve already gotten so much better!

Because of all this self improvement, it’s been some time that I have worn lolita.

The things that keep me going are buying clothes (impulse purchases, hahaha)..
How about you?

It’s been awhile since I have shared pictures with you so here are a couple!

My most recent purchase!
Angelic Pretty’s Melty Ribbon Chocolate!
Yes, the pattern of the fabric is weaved to emulate the look of chocolate!

I think that I have an unhealthy obsession with food dresses, haha.

And here’s a full view… So pretty!
You can kind of see it in this picture…
But depending how the light shines on the dress, it reflects a little differently!

And something to suit Halloween more!DSC_8081-mod

Everyone, please enjoy your Halloween!

That chocolate lolita dress is so pretty! *_*
Anyhow it’s good to hear that you’ve been doing well, and trying to be more outgoing. Also happy halloween and congrats on passing the test for the new job. I hope you get it!

A test, for an interview? I am surprised.

For me, it is also impulse purchases…. but in the way of MM.’14 goods.

The dress is gorgeous! I love the way it shines differently depending on the angle in the light.

Hahaha~~ Yes, a test is quite normal! At the very least, all the interviews I’ve done have a technical test. They’re generally very short though. Or sometimes they love to ask a Google question like, “How many planes are there in the sky?”

I need to get more MM’14 goods too! But I think lolita costs too much for to do both D:

I’m glad you like the dress and thanks for commenting!

Wow I totally love the details on the chocolate dress ^^ Personally, I think that the Lolita dress style is rather hard to pull off for someone like me who have a bigger build…coz when you think of Lolita the usual perception is someone who’s rather petite and dresses up cutely. Unless you have some Lolita dress brands that you can recommend? =D

Haha as for your impulse purchases, I really do get what you mean. Because whenever I visit HK its like a shopping paradise. There’s so many brands, styles…I mean everywhere is lined with unique boutique stores!! You just can’t help buying anything that catches your eyes!

I’m really terribly sorry for the late response :(

A lot of lolita brands have shirring so their dresses can be more flexible. Angelic Pretty is one of them! I have also heard Metamorphose as well.

Yeah, I love shopping in Hong Kong so much! But there, I don’t mind making impulse purchases so much at all, hahaha.

The dress is really gorgeous! And I love your Halloween outfit! (And back to our previous conversation, great deal on the book bag!) Good luck for your job interview, I’m currently revamping my CV and getting ready for that process, just as you write it’s quite challenging to go through the process while still having other responsibiles.
